If you want to make your purchase via credit/debit card, D'Signs by Bren offers Pay Pal "Email Invoicing" which has a link to their secure web site for online credit/debit card payments where you can make your payment. This will only work if you have an email account.

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation whether by e-mail or by phone, which ever one you request. We ship all over the United States, if you are outside the United States I will contact you for your shipping cost.

Return Policy For Prints

D'Signs by Bren highly recommends that you request a paper sample before buying prints if you are unsure about the media. Just request the kind of media you would like a sample of before you order at sales@bybren.com. Our papers are listed in the "product description". This will help ensure your satisfaction and minimize print returns. For a Giclée sample there is a $5.00 fee.

D'Signs by Bren offers complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied please email us at Service@bybren.com, and give us the following information:

Your invoice number.
When you received your order.
Reason for your return.

We will issue a return authorization number. This is our policy! After you receive a return authorization number, the item must returned in 10 days, and the merchandise must be returned in 100% saleable condition to qualify for a refund of the purchased item (minus shipping costs.)
